Jacky's named 'Top Entertainment Retailer' by Deira City Centre

Deira City Centre has long been regarded as one of the most popular family destinations within the Middle East and an award that recognises quality and excellence from such a prestigious mall, further reiterates Jacky's being the preferred choice amongst our valued customers.

To qualify as 'Top Entertainment Retailer,' there were five categories of assessment: sales performance, operation compliance, customer service philosophy, participation in centre activities and the overall store ambience. Jacky's has definitely seen a change since their renovation earlier this year as this brought about a more lively atmosphere within the store and allowed certain key categories to be better displayed. Dedicated customer service executives at all major outlets have been introduced to provide more personalised service to our customers.

The Top Entertainment Retailer Award 2005 was presented by David Robinson, Vice President (DCC) and Fareed Abdel Rahman, General Manager (DCC) and received by Ashish Panjabi, Chief Operating Officer, Jacky's Electronics LLC and Shankar Nawani, Director - Quality Initiatives, Jacky's Group of Companies.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Panjabi said, "We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award. Jacky's at Deira City Centre is our most popular mall-based outlet and it was also the first Jacky's outlet to undergo the recent image transformation in terms of shop design and merchandise display. We, at Jacky's, constantly work towards providing quality service to our valued customers and winning this award is a sign that we are on the right track."

Jacky's, is currently celebrating its 35th anniversary and apart from celebrating past successes, awards such as the one received from Deira City Centre still show that there is a lot more to look forward to from Jacky's.
