Arabtec, $132m AR contract

Arabtec Construction has won a contract worth $132.6m to construct a further 682 villas, on top of the 1,210 it is already building, at Emaar's Arabian Ranches residential development. Arabtec has built more than 2,400 villas in the last two years at other Emaar developments Emirates Hills, Emirates Lakes, Meadows and Springs.
