Juma Al Majid launches Hyundai Sonata 3.3 V6

Following the successful launch of Hyundai New Sonata 2005 early this year, Juma Al Majid Est., the exclusive distributor for Hyundai in the UAE launched recently Sonata 3.3 V6-a more powerful and improved version of the Sonata.
"Our over-all sales for Hyundai for the first six months of the year have been tremendously affected by the release of New Sonata 2005. With the introduction of a more powerful 3.3 liter engine for Sonata, we are expecting to double our sales by the end of the year, and more importantly, achieving a higher rate of satisfaction from our customers," said Omar Baddar, Manager for Juma Al Majid Est.
The New 3.3 liter engine type has a power output of 173KW with a 304 Nm torque. Among its noteworthy feature are include options for 4 and 5 speed Automatic Eletronic Controlled (H-Matic) Transmission with maximum power of 235ps/6000rpms.
It boasts of ABS, dual Airbags, cruise control, drivers electronic seat and rear parking sensors features.
Sonata 3.3 liter DOHC V6 has been launched in other markets like Saudi Arabia, Korea and Europe earlier this year. "The feedback from these markets is very positive and hence we are expecting the same in UAE. New Sonata is now into a luxury segment of the market with the most competing price range," concluded Baddar.
