Gowealthy.com appoints new CEO in line with Group's expansion plans

Peter has in excess of 20 years of experience in Property, the majority of which has been served as MD Stocks & Stocks Asset Management and CEO of Redefine Income Fund Ltd., South Africa's premier listed commercial property fund. During his career, Peter has been involved in the listing of several property funds and IT related companies on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange and possesses a broad hands-on experience of the construction and property industries. Peter holds a formal qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

Hailing from South Africa, and having relocated to Dubai several years back, Peter has substantial exposure in his professional capacity to the local Dubai property sector, having held executive management positions in leading Dubai-based companies like DAMAC Properties and Creative Kingdom Inc.

Peter is a well rounded business professional with structured depth of experience in property marketing, property funds and allied financial aspects. Upon his appointment he stated: "Gowealthy.com has set the way of the future in terms of online real estate marketing. To service the growing customer base from UK and Europe, we are in the process of further expanding our growing corporate presence by opening a Property Management company in Dubai."

The move comes soon after the opening of Gowealthy's new Real Estate Marketing office in Emaar Business Park. The Group is also an active participant in the process of launching Real Estate Funds - presently from Cayman Islands and Singapore to tap the tremendous growth of the real estate market in Dubai.

"Gowealthy.com" is a brand web-based portal owned by Gowealthy Holdings FZC and offers services in Real Estate Marketing, Online Marketing and Financial Services, and Premium Offshore Services to the website's visitors worldwide. Gowealthy.com offers a choice of international properties with special attention to Dubai freehold properties and is visited by 300,000 visitors a month.

Gowealthy operates two sales offices in Dubai, on Sheikh Zayed Road and Emaar Business Park. The group's operations are supported by its remote Customer Support Center in Sharjah Airport Free Zone.
