Armada Group's AED25 million headquarters at Dubai Internet City beginning to take shape

The company had awarded the AED13.5-million contract for the construction of this plush and impressive four-storied headquarters to Dubai-based Al Kaitoob Building Contracting.

Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group, said: "Our move to have the headquarters in the Dubai Internet City is only a reiteration of our commitment to serve our clients better in the fast-expanding and prestigious part of the city. Additionally, the headquarters building at the DIC will have a total office floor space of 110,000 square foot, incorporating the latest architecture with all the modern amenities. The building will be effectively designed keeping in mind the increasing needs of our group's future growth possibilities."

Armada Group's new headquarters will be four stories high; one floor will be dedicated to housing the administration section, whilst another floor will be allocated for the technical and engineering teams. A further third floor is expected to be entirely used for the Armada Group's marketing department.

The Armada group is expected to move into their new headquarters, at the heart of Dubai Internet City, within a year. The signed agreement between both parties stipulates a 50 year leasing clause and is considered to be a model contract for any leading UAE investment organization, like the Armada Group, who might wish to secure any future tenancy agreements with DIC.

With the group's massive construction undertaking Armada Towers coming up at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, in the heart of new down-town Dubai, it is only logical for Armada to have its headquarters at DIC. This will enable the company to provide enhanced service to the sprawling New Dubai area.
