The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry is delighted to be returning to Dubai with a group of 11 British companies 11- 14 September 2005.

The majority of the mission participants are relatively new to Dubai.

The companies on the mission represent a range of sectors and products, these include surgical instruments and medical devices, electrical wiring accessories and electrical products for the construction market. A wide range of services are being offered, these include architects with a design agency for residential, retail and leisure sectors and a service offering measured building surveys to architects and the construction industry. Academic and vocational education for students aged 16 years and above. Also, education and training in media and communications studies. Legal services with expertise in company and commercial law, international trade, shipping, litigation and real estate. Finally, expertise in offshore tax planning, on and offshore company formation and wealth protection solutions.

The mission participants have a range of objectives including looking for local representatives, qualified distributors or agents. Some will be researching the market for the first time, others will be building on existing contacts and all will be looking to make new contacts.

The World Trade Division promotes the business interests of its members in the international marketplace and takes trade missions to the Gulf on a regular basis. The Chamber organises over 20 trade missions worldwide each year. London Chamber looks forward to helping British companies explore business opportunities in Dubai and to building commercial ties between the UAE and the UK.
