The Residences go on sale

Emaar has opened sales for 29 villas and 16 penthouses in The Residences at the Burj Dubai development. The properties are located in six towers with villas coming with one, two and three bedrooms, and penthouses offering three, four and five bedrooms. Facilities include swimming pools, a golf simulation room, fitness centre, a mini theatre, library, and business centre.
