Al Raha tenders sought

Aldar Properties has invited 11 UAE contractors to bid for the contract to build a total of 1,388 villas at the Al Raha Gardens development near Abu Dhabi. Bids will close on 31 August with building to start in September. The first phase of villas is due to be finished in August 2006, and the whole project in December 2008.
