- PRESS RELEASE
After recently announcing their extensive expansion plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Cellucom has begun implementing the plan with the launch of a new showroom in Riyadh's Mursalat Street, known as a trading hub for mobile phones of the Central Region. The showroom was inaugurated yesterday by Waleed Bahamdan, vice president of Sara Group.
Apart from the latest range of mobile phones and accessories, the outlet offers value added benefits such as the 30-minute repair guarantee and lifetime warranty. The showroom also has a level-3 service center that can take care of all types of repairs in the least possible time, complementing Cellucom's Service Efficiency.
"Cellucom has always believed in being at the centre of business activity to gain maximum competitive advantage, and Mursalat Street allows us the opportunity to compete on direct terms with resellers of mobile technology. "Customers will find that our store offers the widest range of mobile phones and accessories, being the authorized distributors of Nokia, Samsung, Imate and Sony Ericsson."
"Providing the highest quality of customer services and ensuring the availability of products that are in line with current market trends, will continue to remain at the core of Cellucom's strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. "Looking ahead, we see tremendous potential in this market and we will be introducing the concept of MOBILITY SOLUTIONS in the region," concluded Nagar.
Cellucom has also announced its plans to open fifteen more showrooms and twenty five shop-in-shops (Xpress outlets) in Saudi Arabia in the coming weeks; these will be spread across Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Khobar - to further strengthen its presence in the region.
