Global Management Consultants commences prestigious leadership training project for Mobilink-Orascom Group

Mobilink, the Pakistan based subsidiary of the global telecommuncation giant, Orascom Group, in a strategic move, has outsourced its leadership training and development of about 100, of its senior and fast track managers and supervisors, to the region's well established consultancy firm, Global Management Consultants, who will be responsible for the design and delivery of over 5 months training initiative.
"Designed to guarantee positive results and improvement in people skills, this type of approach towards the development of people, has been tried before with other leading Middle Eastern organisations such as Emirates Airline, Nine West, Aldo, Visa Card, Master Card, Cisco, Girodano, ETA ASCON Group M.E. and so on." said, Saira Azhar, Chief Trainer & CEO, Global Management Consultants. "We have worked with several service based companies in the past on the same lines and ensured that the leadership skills and business goals are achieved through the training and development of the employees. We have carefully designed the 3 months program with an upbeat over all theme "Leap On To The Leadership Ladder" to address these challenges."
During the training program, Global will also use Thomas Internaional Profiling system, to make managers more aware of their self image, their work based behavior and profile, as well as their behavior under pressure. "This scientific behavior assessment leads to deep insights into one's strengths and limitations, in context of a job, which further helps the indidviudals to horne their leadership abilities". Azhar further added.
"At Mobilink, our major challenge is our growth. Our customer base is growing at 9% on an average as we speeak. The certificates will be issued by Global Management Consultants in conjunction with Mobilink Pakistan.
