ProCurve Networking by HP launches call centres in Middle East to provide value-added services to customers

ProCurve Networking by HP has recently announced that it has launched call centres across the region in the UAE, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and Yemen aimed at providing enhanced value-added services to customers in the Middle East.

By providing customers with a Call Centre in their country of location, we can best manage our rapidly growing customer interaction needs."

As part of the services provided, HP will offer next business day advanced replacement after conducting the required troubleshooting steps. In addition, customers will have access to phone support from Saturday to Thursday from 9am until 7pm (UAE time).

The call centre services will be available in both English and Arabic across the region. Customers will also have bilingual online access to support from HP certified personnel. The call centre telephone number is +9714 3662020.
