- PRESS RELEASE
With visitors taking a keen interest in the latest Arabic software Intel will be showcasing its contribution to this vital area of the regional IT business on its stand at the Show this year.
"Regional content and solutions are key to the continued growth of the IT industry in the region," said Samir Al Schamma, General Manager, Intel Gulf Co-Operation Council (GCC). "We recognise the vital importance of providing support and resources to enable regional ISVs to develop products and applications to serve the needs of the millions of users across the Middle East and North Africa region. Intel has been a consistent supporter of ISVs in the thirteen years that we have been based in the Middle East and the Intel Software Network will be an important feature of our stand at the Show this year."
ISVs visiting the stand will be able to view software solutions and services, products, drivers, codes and downloads as well as find out about developer programs and networks. They can also register to become part of Intel's ISV enabling program in the Middle East and North Africa. This will enable them to receive technical counselling and support from Intel to help them optimize their solutions on the latest and greatest technology platforms and target key verticals in the market.
Intel will be in Hall 3, stand Q3-3 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre. GITEX takes place from September 24th to 29th.
