Armada Group begins construction on the prestigious AED1 billion Armada Towers project

An AED 315-million contract for the construction of Armada Towers had been awarded to CSHK Dubai Contracting (LLC). The deal was recently initialed by Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Mr. Melvin John Ford, General Manager and Mr. Li Ming, Deputy General Manger, CSHK. CSHK Dubai is expected to complete the Armada Towers project within a period of about 24 months.

APCC, the renowned Abu Dhabi-based piling company, has already completed the AED12-million project for piling work on this outstanding project at the Jumeirah Lake Towers site. APCC enjoys a strong reputation and several years of proven track record. Land excavations, dust and soil shifting and the entire piling procedure were all completed in less than four months. Important land support work was also finished well ahead of time.

The Armada Group is one of the leading property investment organizations in the region. The Group has already invested in excess of AED 1 billion in the Armada Towers, which is one of the most highly anticipated and much sought after real estate developments in Dubai. The three Armada Towers, once completed, will house 1,200 apartments and occupy a space of 60,000 square feet. The Armada Towers will have 21,000 square feet of external and 15,000 square feet of internal retail space, and will also house 12 luxurious penthouses, four in each tower.

With the commencement of construction, the Armada Towers is currently beginning to take shape in this prestigious location in New Dubai.
