Lufthansa German Airlines to offer shorter travel time due to flight schedule change in Lebanon

With the enhancement of the winter flight schedule offer starting 1st Nov 2005 till 24th March 2006, Lufthansa will include every Tuesdays and Fridays convenient afternoon departures & arrivals from and to Beirut in addition to regular early morning departures and arrival flights.
Mr. Sarkis Amoghlian, Manager Passenger Sales, Lufthansa German Airlines, in Lebanon said, "The flight schedule change in Lebanon will create a positive impact among our passengers. This improvement is to meet our customer's wishes from Lufthansa to offer also day time services between Lebanon and Germany, Europe, Far East & South Atlantic. In addition, this new flight schedule will shorten transfer times in Frankfurt for many long haul arriving passengers bound for Lebanon. Lufthansa will also offer one of the shortest travel times available from several North American cites to Beirut."
Lufthansa's Winter Flight schedule for Frankfurt-Beirut will keep a frequency of 7 weekly flights split into five night flights and two day flights.
