Ennis Rimawi, CEO of Estarta Solutions said: "TAGDEER 2.0 is the natural growth of our implementations of tax and revenue management systems for governments of Jordan and ASEZA. Thanks to the support of Microsoft and our Innovation Center Team, we are in the process of implementing TAGDEER 2.0 as part of a larger Government reform process that our partner Bearing Point is leading."

Estarta Solutions has embarked on an ambitious innovation strategy to create much needed products for the regional market sectors it targets: the public sector, financial and telecommunications. After signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Microsoft and the Jordan Government, Estarta Solutions launched the Public Sector Innovation Center last April with the presence of His Majesty King Abdullah, and promised that TAGDEER 2.0 would be its first such innovative product tailored to the public sector. This strategy accompanies the company's direction towards regional expansion and distribution of offices.

BearingPoint's Senior Vice President Darwin Johnson said: "We believe in the potential of TAGDEER 2.0 and are certain that our cooperation with Estarta will reap benefits to the countries in which we intend to implement this platform." Bearing Point is also Microsoft's global public sector partner. They are keen about bringing cutting edge technologies to developing countries as part of its public sector reform strategy and implementation service offering. Bearing Point works closely with decision makers to provide insight and vision on the best ways to incorporate technology to support real improvements in how governments operate, for the benefit of the governments, the businesses, and the people in those nations.

The platform provided through TAGDEER 2.0 is world class in managing government tax and revenue by means of its flexibility and adaptability to various regulations adopted in countries worldwide. It is also a multi-lingual platform, giving populations worldwide the opportunity to benefit through faster and more accurate filing of taxes in their countries. Moreoever, organizations such as BearingPoint are looking closely at the solution for implementation in other markets.
