Software AG promote a Bahraini to an executive level

Software AG (Frankfurt TecDAX: SOW), today announced the promotion of Mr. Mohammed Al Fardan to the position of deputy regional manager for the Middle East, effective from today.
Mohammed Al Fardan, Bahraini, born in 1967, joined Software AG as BDM for Middle East in January 2005.
Before that he was Small & Medium Business Manager for Microsoft where he contributed in establishing the Microsoft business and office in Bahrain.
Mr. Al Fardan brings with him a unique experience in the IT industry and the local calture for more than 15 years with the giant IT multinationals. Mohammed started his career with IBM in January 1990 and then moved to many IBM locations on assignments were he had the opportunity to learn the real multinational environment. Then he moved to a local company for few years before joining multi nationals again where he worked with Lexmark and Microsoft.
Mr. Al Fardan is a Computer Scienece post graduate from USA and has attended the IBM college in the UK and many professional trainings around the world.
