- PRESS RELEASE
LINKdotNET, the region's leading internet powerhouse and business solutions provider, has become a member of the Global Infrastructure Alliance for Internet Safety (GIAIS).
By LINKdotNET joining GIAIS, it will not only be directly participating in a very large scale global endeavor to protect internet users all over the world from internet threats through developing security standards for the middle east region, but will also be able to bring to its internet subscribers an even higher degree of security.
LINKdotNET will be able to provide its subscribers with the latest security procedures and services, in addition to better and faster customer support. Furthermore, LINKdotNET's data center, the largest in the region, will be able to offer subscribers the most reliable and secure hosting services. All these upgrades in service and security standards come entirely free to LINKdotNET internet subscribers.
Joseph Milad, System Engineering Director at LINKdotNET, explained that "By joining GIAIS, LINKdotNET can both contribute to and benefit from this large global alliance. We can now communicate about the latest internet threats with members of this alliance which spans the five continents and whose member companies cover more than half of the world's internet subscribers. This helps us identify the threats and share ways to deal effectively with them."
This latest move comes to complement LINKdotNET's standing as a regional leader and innovator in its field. LINKdotNET is constantly striving to provide its clients with access to the latest technology and services worldwide, both through its own internal efforts and through partnerships with leading companies and organizations worldwide.
