Dewan lead consultant for Dubai 1000 Hotel Fonds

Functioning as the lead architects for the upcoming project Dubai 1000 Hotel Fonds, Dewan will provide its experienced design services for this innovative hospitality project.

Located within the sprawling Dubailand, specifically in the "Downtown Dubailand" zone, this hospitality project will be one of the largest hotels in the region, housing 1,050 4-star modern business-type hotel rooms with restaurants, front-of-house, and back-of-house areas and other public and service amenities.

The project will also showcase some very innovative unique hospitality services to be announced at the up-coming launch party.
In addition to the extraordinary size of the hotel, in excess of 1,000 rooms, the hotel's main attraction will be its exciting offering of a "SMART Car" for every room. Picture 1,000 "branded" SMART Cars driving around the city of Dubai and you will get a vision of the great brand-building and promotional opportunities within this exciting project.

The project is also backed by a number of leading specialized firms, including Unternehmensgruppe Recker who are behind the exciting concept and initial development of the idea of the project, Drees & Sommer International AG as project mangers, and SIAT GmbH (Germany) as concept architects.
