Solidarity - Family Takaful holds its last seminar on Islamic financial planning

Solidarity - Family Takaful, with the support of Bahrain Financial Harbour, held its last seminar on Islamic financial planning, in a series of seminars that spanned across several weeks.
Solidarity - Family Takaful, in an effort to educate the Bahrain Society, reached out to Bahrainis and resident expatriates through several mediums to shed light on the importance of Islamic Financial Planning in building a safer future for individuals and families.
Solidarity - Family Takaful's seminars attended by several people who express their appreciation to this educational effort. Many of the seminars' attendees highlighted the need for such education activities to help people plan for their financial needs aiming to get a better financially stable society that doesn't depend on social larges.
Commenting on the seminar, Bassel Hanbali, Head of Marketing/ Solidarity - Family Takaful said: "We can gratefully say that the Bahraini community has begun to recognize the importance of financial planning which comply with the guiding principles of Islamic Sharia'h and the extent of its significance in securing a safe future for intervals and families, were life needs and necessities for the day to day basis increases in a worldwide every day and every second. This is why we, solidarity and BFH, have worked immensely hard on generating those educational seminars to the public on the concepts of saving, investment and protection plans which comply with the Islamic Sharia'h."
"It is Solidarity's duty, as one of the largest Takaful companies in the world, to work hard on emphasizing the importance of Islamic financial planning. The purpose of these seminars was to discuss these issues and to demonstrate its mechanisms with the Islamic community" added Hanbali.
In response to the seminar, Mrs. Amal Shaheen, a government employee and a mother of one child stated: "The concept and the movement towards financial planning was available but I did not find the right help and knowledge in how to translate it into a tangible reality plan that comply with Islamic rules. What encouraged me to attend Solidarity's seminar is the fact that Solidarity - Family Takaful is introducing financial planning from an Islamic perspective, and as well being one of the largest organizations in this industry".
Mrs. Ebtisam Khalaf, an employee, and a mother of three children stated: "Because I am interested to know more about financial planning, I was interested in seeing what this seminar will add to my knowledge. In addition to that being at the start of my life as a mother and a professional working woman, I found that it is wise to learn and start, if possible, now to get the best possible results for the future of my family".
Rob King, General Manager/ Solidarity - Family Takaful, was impressed with the number of attendees who shared their knowledge and queries at the seminars that was organized in cooperation with Bahrain Financial Harbour, to gather more information on the importance of the Islamic Financial Planning/ Takaful: saving, investment, and protection". Mr. Kind thanked all who have contributed in making the seminars a success especially the Bahrain Financial Harbour presented by its staff who gave a nice orientation on the BFH progress and its importance to the kingdom, at first, and the industry.
