Vietnamese cuisine star, Chef Tran, joins Grand Hyatt Amman

Celebrity Vietnamese Chef Tran has joined Grand Hyatt Amman, bringing over with him his precious expertise in Vietnamese tastes to offer to Indochine guests.
Chef Tran was born and raised in Vietnam where he discovered his passion for cookery at an early stage in his life. He enrolled in a specialized school where he learnt the secrets of genuine Vietnamese food before he worked in several hotels. His career as a prominent chef crystallized at Grand Hyatt Dubai.
Upon taking his new position in Jordan, Chef Tran said that he was excited to join a reputable hotel like Grand Hyatt Amman, "especially after what I heard from my new colleagues about the high tastes of Indochine's guests". I am honored to be at their service and fully confident that they will admire my dishes."
