Chef Anthony Hannan - new Executive Chef appointed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Chef Anthony Hannan started his career at luxury hotels in his native Australia, before his accomplishments lead to a five-year tenure at a prestigious properties in Germany and Switzerland, most notably at Savoy Baur en Ville in Zurich.

In 1997 he moved to the boutique Beaufort Sentosa in Singapore, before landing the position of Chef de Cuisine at Raffels Hotel. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, Chef Anthony was part of the opening team at The Fairmont Hotel in Dubai, ans subsequently Executive Sous Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. He has been captain and team manager of award winning culinary teams, including winning the Lion Trophy at the 2000 Food and Hotel Asia.

At the age of 34 years, he is also currently the youngest Executive Chef within The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C.
