Oxford Business Group and Global wraps up research for Emerging Kuwait 2006

Oxford Business Group (OBG) and Global Investment House 'Global' announced today that they are about to conclude the first research edition of the Emerging Markets Series on Kuwait - Emerging Kuwait 2006.

The 200-page research study will be one of the most comprehensive macroeconomic analyses on the Kuwaiti economy available. The research process has spanned a period of six-month, and the team of OBG analysts will spend the next six weeks finalizing all of the research for its publication.

Emerging Kuwait 2006 will provide comprehensive overviews and analysis of Kuwait's political and macroeconomic environment, as well as review events and trends in all the major economic sectors, including; banking, capital markets, insurance, IT and telecommunications, industry, real estate & construction, tourism, energy, and media.

OBG analysts use a wide variety of research tools, including interviews with leading figures of the economy, consultations with major national financial, industrial and business institutions in all sectors of the local economy, as well as with international institutions. Global with its expert capital markets research features share analysis, published viewpoints on Kuwait's capital markets, and works in close cooperation with OBG's analysts for the development of the research.

In addition to OBG's and Global's analysis, Emerging Kuwait 2006, as with the rest of the Emerging Markets series, will feature published viewpoints and interviews with leading national and international personalities within the field of politics and economics. This section is written in association with Al Sarraf & Al Ruwayeh Law Bureau and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
