Zayani Motors motivates Bahraini staff

19 Bahraini employees at Zayani Motors have successfully completed intensive training courses at the Bahrain International Retail Development Center (BIRD), further encouraging their staff and raising their standard of work and performance in retail business practices.

"Training Programs that encourage nationals are an ongoing process at Zayani Motors all year round. The main objective of this training was to highlight our staff's best skills and allocate them in relevant areas of business, and we have seen them form teams of highly motivated Bahraini professionals who will grow with the Company," commented Mr. Riyad Ahmed, Zayani Motors Human Resource Officer.

"At this stage nearly 60% of the automotive workforce at Zayani Motors comprises of Bahrainis and we will grow this even more as part of our on-going expansion program", said. Mr. Graeme Newport, the company's General Manager who awarded all trainees with certificates and wished them a bright future with the company.

"Zayani Motors strong commitment to Bahrainisation has been proven by the company's intensive efforts focused on creating career opportunities in the automotive sector for Bahraini youths, we will provide training courses to those who demonstrate potential and commitment on a continuous basis," he added.
