Arab and World Media Conference to be hosted at Madinat Jumeirah

The venue for Arab and World Media Conference (5th - 6th Dec, 2005) which will be organized by the Arab Thought Foundation and the Dubai Press Club has been announced. The Forum will be hosted at Madinat Jumeirah.
He added, "Madinat Jumeirah is perfectly equipped to meet the needs of organizing such a leading event. The Arab and World Media Conference will create a platform for media personalities, politicians and businessmen from around the world to objectively discuss and provide constructive solutions to the region's most critical issues."
Serge Zaalof, Resort General Manager of Madinat Jumeirah said, "The conference will be held at the Convention Hall at Mina A' Salam as it is well equipped to host such a major event. It has the main convention hall, a smaller hall and separate rooms for break out meetings."
He added, "We are delighted to participate in this reputed event and will deliver our best to ensure the success of the event."
The forum will highlight issues such as media and the political reform in the Arab World, technology, censorship, propaganda, and accuracy in reporting, Arab youth media, democracy in the Arab world and some of the ethical dilemmas faced by journalists.
