RAK Properties participate in Cityscape 2005

Mohammed Al Qadi, Managing Director, RAK Properties, said "Our participation in Cityscape comes in line with the vision of HH Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, RAK emirate that aims to make Ras Al Khaimah an attractive tourist destination and a dynamic business centre in the region. Through our new projects, we will be working towards this aim."

RAK Properties, a recently created joint stock company have been able to generate profound regional and international interest in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, mainly as a result of its IPO that was significantly over-subscribed by 57 times at the time of its launch. The company will act instrumental in the development of real estate, tourism and leisure facilities in the emirate, and their projects will also help provide the support structure for the local community. This is expected to help RAK properties gain a considerable share of the market.

"We view Cityscape as a platform to reach out to a wider regional and international audience who are interested in current real estate developments. We aim to create awareness about our new projects with existing and potential investors. This will help us maximise shareholder value", concluded Al Qadi.
