- PRESS RELEASE
RAK Properties, the premier real estate development company of Ras Al Khaimah, is participating in Cityscape 2005 from 17th September to 19th September, which is a major property investment and development event in Dubai, where it will be announcing its new projects to be launched.
RAK Properties, a recently created joint stock company have been able to generate profound regional and international interest in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, mainly as a result of its IPO that was significantly over-subscribed by 57 times at the time of its launch. The company will act instrumental in the development of real estate, tourism and leisure facilities in the emirate, and their projects will also help provide the support structure for the local community. This is expected to help RAK properties gain a considerable share of the market.
"We view Cityscape as a platform to reach out to a wider regional and international audience who are interested in current real estate developments. We aim to create awareness about our new projects with existing and potential investors. This will help us maximise shareholder value", concluded Al Qadi.
RAK Properties stand number is 7171, and will be located at Hall 6.
