He added, "The site has been designed to offer support and facilitate the process for all those wishing to participate in the conference; it includes a how-to for participation, the forum's agenda, a detailed description of all the sessions and workshops that will take place during the course of the forum, alongside a detailed history of the Foundation and information on previous forums."

Prince Bandar also confirmed that, "We will constantly develop and update the website with information and sources that would benefit the site's visitors and all those wishing to participate, in order to reinforce mutual interaction between professionals and specialists as well as those interested in issues generally concerning Arab and international media."

The forum will deal with media issues such as publishing, editing and technology. Also, several vital topics will be brought up during the forum including the connection between Arab and international media; media development and improvement; the effect of media on public opinion; how governments interact with and use media; the relation between media and Arab youth and how it influences them and related issues.

The Organizing Committee expects the forum's attendance to be record-breaking as this year's event will be larger and more distinguished than the previous events.
