Steve Forbes to visit Dar Al Arkan stand during opening of Cityscape 2005

The global publishing guru has been invited to attend Dar Al Arkan's stand at the opening ceremony of Cityscape and be guest speaker at a gala reception being held to mark Dar Al Arkan's attendance at the exhibition on September 17th.

Forbes who has achieved global fame for his international business publication; Forbes Magazine, will speak on the topic of real estate and the importance of housing solutions for the global economy.

Dar Al Arkan who is a platinum sponsor of Cityscape 2005 will use the exhibition as a platform to meet new partners and investors throughout the region. Reiterating the importance of the event for the regional real estate industry Dar Al Arkan aims to exchange information with some of the regions most prestigious players. In addition the group which has announced their intention of building 65,000 new units over the next 5 years will take the opportunity to showcase their unique Al Qasr project. A Riyad based development the inner city project will realize 4,000 new homes for Saudi citizens. Covering 816,000 square metres the development is one of the single biggest real estate projects of its type in the Middle East.
