"BEIRUT Village":The residential project of "Beirut Village", executed by the real estate company "Beirut Trade", is conveniently located at Wadi Abu Jmil, with a floor space of 27,274 square meters on an 8, 530 square meters plot.
"Beirut Trade" is considered to be the latest chef-d'oeuvre of the famous international architect Giancarlo Di Carlo who passed away on June 4th, 2005. The project was designed to epitomize harmonious style with autonomous architectural features endowing each apartment with a unique and personalized character.
Two residential clusters were set around the 2,500 square meters Alliance garden. Lot 1370 offers 12,000 sq meters of floor space distributed on 38 floors over three buildings of six floors. Lot 1379 offers 15, 274 sq m of floor space distributed on 49 flats over four buildings of six floors. The project includes spacious green area and gardens all around it. It also enjoys low construction density of 65% in floor coverage and 3.16 as a build up factor. Each individual apartment has its unique design with subtle variations in volume, and openings as well as a number of bedrooms. There's a 3.5 M floor-to-ceiling height and 10 luxurious penthouses occupying the final floor, each provided with large terraces and private pools.
During the conception process, Di Carlo leant towards the conservative style of Jemmayze and kantari areas.
The color-scheme relies on earth-colors, such as sandy stones, teak wood, and grayish green for all metallic features. The major feature is an extreme attention to detail, aiming at achieving beauty across the board. The architecture is enhanced through the introduction of innovative facades, multiple windows, balustrade, and crowning. From the windows (Sliding) to the entrance (wide and welcoming), all the details are meticulously studied, conveying a sense of relaxation and well-being.
All these parameters reflect the rich blend amongst various architectural styles that make Beirut unique.
