The Wave, Muscat to underline its presence at Cityscape 2005

The Wave, Muscat, Oman's top tourism and seafront residential development project, will participate at Cityscape 2005

The Wave is a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments, representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, the National Investment Funds Company that represents the Omani Pension Funds and State General Reserve Funds, and the UAE's Majid Al Futtaim Investments.

The participation in the high-profile exhibition will help The Wave, Muscat to showcase its unique facets and developments on a truly international platform. Details of the project will be unveiled at stand number 5311.

Top officials from The Wave will also address the forum. Among them are Mr. Wael Al Lawati, Acting CEO of Waterfront Investments, Jeff Rossely, Group Vice-President (Property Development), Majid Al Futtaim Investments, and John Langford, Director (Project Marketing) of The Wave.

While Mr. Al Lawati will be part of a panel discussion on 'Developing Sustainable Property Markets - Is The GCC Property Market Overheated?', which will be held on September 17, 2005, Mr. Rossely will be addressing the delegates on Standing Out In A Crowded Market Place on September 19, 2005, where he will elucidate on the distinctive, unique facets of The Wave, Muscat and ways to successfully market and brand real estate developments in a highly competitive environment.

Mr. Langford will be part of the same module and will talk about Applying the latest marketing and branding strategies to increase returns on Property Investments.
