ETA Star Property Developers, renowned leaders in the Middle East property development sector are all set for Cityscape
Visitors to the ETA Star stall, number 7421 located in Hall 7, will each be gifted a token environmental gift of a plant in a capsule, to remind them that the environment and its wellbeing is of utmost importance. This is part of the philosophy of ETA Star as a company that believes in keeping the environment green; to the extent that their recently completed project, The Belvedere, has as much as 35% of the area for landscaping.

ETA Star's announcement of the new project to be situated in Business Bay has seen them as the first property developer to formally acknowledge participation in Business Bay. The 31-storey tall office tower with 6 floors of podium car parking is slated to be designed by Singapore's internationally acclaimed Architects 61.
Other properties which will be promoted by ETA Star at the event include 23 Marina & Liberty House. Built as a joint venture between Hiranandani Constructions Ltd and ETA Star, 23 Marina is an exclusive 90 storey high magnificent structure that will home occupants in two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes designed to the highest level of quality. "We are very proud of this project and see it as the benchmark for exclusive high rise properties in the region. Joining up with Hiranandani for this venture has proved very beneficial to us, which in turn is an advantage that we can pass on to our customers," said Junaid. With 3 levels of Spas, exclusive fitness centers, indoor and outdoor temperature controlled swimming pools, lavish decks and optional house automation, 23 Marina sets a sky high standard for luxury living.
Maintaining ETA Star's level of quality, Liberty House is designed to be a distinctive and prominent architectural landmark located in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Rising to 166 metres, the development consists of eleven floors of offices, and twenty floors of residential apartments, which include studios, duplex studios, one and two bedroom apartments as well as two bedroom duplexes.
