APEX Investment Group, co-founded by brothers Dr. Abdullah Al-Joaib and Salem Al-Joaib, is bringing a new resort concept to the region: "We call it Apex Resort where it is a very unique concept of vacation lodging for the Gulf area. This Resort business model has been applied in several successful resorts in US and Far East. The business model targets mix of vacationers & investors who would like to invest in Dubai lodging. At the same time utilize their property when they are vacationing in Dubai. It is a combination of time share project, and condo hotel where a major US Resort chain will be managing the property. The resort is under architecture design by a US firm who has done similar resorts in US and other parts of the world."
