APEX Investment Group projects include condominiums, hotel, retail, residential, mixed use, medical office, commercial, office centers and shopping centers.
APEX draws on a rich history and the broad range of experience of their father, Mr. Ali Al-Juab, whose construction company Al-Juab Construction built a large part of the Saudi Arabian oil pipeline.
Founded in 1999 by Dr. Abdullah Al-Joaib and his brother, Salem Al-Joaib, APEX Investment Group's business interests extend from the Middle East to the Pacific Northwest Region including Portland Oregon and the Central Oregon Coast of the United States.
