Shams AD offers three plots

Sorouh Real Estate is seeking investment in the first three plots of the Shams Abu Dhabi development. The first of the plots, called The Gate, has 3,000 residential units in four 60-storey residential towers and a 75-storey mixed residential and commercial tower. The second plot, the Upper Village, is a residential cluster of buildings, and the third consists of blocks headed by twin towers acting as its commercial centre.
