"Our key theme at GITEX is personalized enjoyment. Each of our products can be enjoyed by consumers in an individual way, and are designed to unleash the user's full creativity," said Robert Dung, BenQ's managing director for the Middle East and Africa.
BenQ's exhibition at Computer Shopper will showcase the designs which the company has pioneered over an action-packed year. The company has launched Lightscribe technology, an innovation which allows users to create a personalized label when writing DVDs; Facemorph, a feature unique to BenQ's mobile phones, which allows the user to contort the images they capture on screen; and Senseye, a visual phenomenon which manipulates color to the human eye.
As part of its aim to remain accessible to the Middle East youth market, BenQ's GITEX stand will feature discounts and bundles on a range of products.
Multifunctional devices more prominent than ever
Key to BenQ's presentation will be a range of multifunctional products. These will include the DW1625, a DVD writer which also scripts CDs with equal style and smoothness. The CM3000, a three-in-one scanner which allows users to scan, print and copy their most cherished images with picture-perfect clarity, will also feature strongly.
"To distinguish ourselves in our competitive marketplace, we need to design products which perform a variety of key functions, and facilitate the independent, mobile lifestyle of the Middle East. Our DVD writers and scanners are perfect in this respect, as they save our customers time and money, and emphasize the image of BenQ as a convenient, affordable brand," Dung continued.
With global demand for LCD televisions set to surpass 20 million units this year, BenQ is intent on reinforcing its profile as a pre-eminent major manufacturer of LCD screens and monitors, and the Middle East is a crucial pillar in this campaign. BenQ's LCD displays allow a clearer, sharper picture than ever before, and GITEX attendees are set to witness this visual revolution at first hand.
The range of LCD monitors to be unveiled by BenQ at GITEX includes the FP72V, which offers designers the opportunity to incorporate computer hardware into living and work spaces where design is vital. The FP72V has flexible height settings, wide viewing angles for sharing content, automatic brightness adjustment, and a detachable web camera that turns this LCD monitor into the perfect communications solution for today and tomorrow.
BenQ's LCD TV sales are currently showing a 200 percent year on growth, and GITEX gives attendees the chance to explore the secrets behind the company's success. To be launched during Gitex is the 37" LCD TV, the DV3750. Supported by 1080 high-resolution, the BenQ LCD TV DV3750 offers a truly inspiring and invigorating home theater experience.
"Our LCD displays offer an interactive viewing experience which cannot be surpassed for crispness and clarity, perfect for watching anything from films to sports tournaments. The BenQ LCD range is an integral part of our GITEX platform," Dung concluded.
