The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf appoints five nationals as managers for new Jeddah outlets

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® has recently appointed new outlet managers and chef for the new Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf stores due to open shortly in the Kingdom.
Ismail Akil Abbasi, Chairman of DubTrade, licensed Master Franchisee for Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, in the Middle East, said: "As we count down to the launch of the first outlet in the Kingdom, we are pleased to welcome these trainees to our new state-of-the-art training and operations centre for the region."
The newly opened regional centre is also the brand's support & distribution hub for the region, with a 20-strong team ensuring supplies & operational support to outlets across the Emirates, & stores currently operating in Kuwait and due to open in Saudi Arabia & Oman.
The new Centre includes a life-size café, through which baristas can get real-time training in a similar environment to the ones in the outlets. The five-week training course involves two weeks of intensive in-house training, followed by three weeks of actual customer service in the outlets.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia thru Safood Int'l Catering L.L.C, belonging to HRH Prince Faisal Abdullah Al-Faisal Al-Saudi who is the area developer for the Brand in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Safood Int'l Catering L.L.C, will have four stores operational in Jeddah by the end of this year.
