Software AG - Focuses on XML business integration and mainframe modernization at GITEX

Following last year's successes at GITEX, Software AG this year focuses on XML business integration, business process management and mainframe modernization to grow their market share in the Middle East.
Software AG's Enterprise Process Manager, together with its Enterprise Legacy Integrator and Enterprise Service Integrator (Enterprise Service Bus) allow organizations to functionally design, implement and integrate processes, within a service oriented architecture framework. Consequently new business processes can be implemented much faster and with less pain.
As part of Software AG's integration and modernisation suite, Software AG will also demonstrate their new ApplinX which will enable organizations to integrate efficiently and effortless their existing applications (Cobol/3GL) into an SOA. Software AG will show their Legacy Integrator for SAP NetWeaver™ as well, where legacy applications are easily linked to SAP/R3 and the SAP Netweaver platform. Clients will have the opportunity to see how the XI Adapter offers fast integration of existing legacy applications and acceleration of business processes through real-time data exchange.
Insurance companies will appreciate the new innovative implementation of a SOA done by Software AG called iServices. which easily extends and enhances the back office systems of insurance applications, The iServices solution offers extensive customer services that permit insurance organizations to allow contracts to be completed and amended online. In addition, claims processing can be automated and the rollout of new insurance products can be eased considerably. iServices offers an insurance business integration platform based on web services between different applications and user interfaces.
Software AG will provide their visitors at GITEX this year with the opportunity to have the first preview of the new features of their long awaited Enterprise Transaction System's Adabas V8, Natural Vx and EntireX Vy which will be presented for the first time outside the labs highlighting those features which allow Adabas and Natural implementations to be part of a Service Oriented Architecture.
