Arabian Concept Development (ACD) proves its novelty at Cityscape 2005

The concept of offering design solutions to connect architecture and a project's vision spearheaded by Dubai-based Arabian Concept Development LLC (ACD), proved quite novel to trade visitors at Cityscape 2005.

The Middle East's premier international property investment and development event attracted a record 300 exhibitors from 51 cities around the world. The three-day event at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) closed on Monday September 19, 2005.

The 15-square meter ACD stand the event attracted substantial interest among trade visitors on the novel design solutions. ACD's target was the architecture and design trade for whom the company can mass-customize concepts by bringing out the true essence.

"Our design solutions are the basics in mass-customizing concepts for residential and commercial properties and bringing out the very essence of the project's original vision. And the industry has acknowledge this at Cityscape, the primary event in the region," remarked Ms. Zena Malek, Managing Director, ACD.

"In fact ACD transforms the project design, effectively conveying the message to serve consumers in various sectors," added Ms. Malek.

The company's stand with the theme "I am the Golden Lemon" included a 2X2 meter cubicle with walls studded with lemons. Visitors to the stand were keen to enquire about the solutions the company offers.

The company recently opened a 400-square meter full-fledged office with a showroom in Dubai. DVDs and design mock-ups of the projects and the design solutions the company currently working on also evoked a good response at the show.
