Emirates Telecommunications Corporation - Etisalat - has announced two fabulous promotions that are sure to propel a large percentage of UAE residents into the next level of mobile telephony.

Residents who do not have a mobile yet or want to get one for someone else, would appreciate the special offer of getting a Wasel connection from Wasel4me. This can be purchased by just visiting www.e4me.ae and following the link to Wasel4me. The price of this connection includes a SIM card, home delivery and AED 10 worth of initial talktime.
Mobile customers who wish to take their mobile experience and capability up to the next level can upgrade their SIM now to get a 3G-enabled SIM on Etisalat's 'Mubashir' package. From 24th to 30th September, customers can simply visit any Etisalat Business Centre and request for an upgrade of their SIM card to a 3G one, without paying the conversion fee, and also get their first month's rental waived. Video calls made during this month, until 30th of October, will be charged at the rate of ordinary voice calls, for new as well as existing Mubashir subscribers.
