From 24th to 30th September, customers can simply visit any Etisalat Business Centre and request for an upgrade of their SIM card to a 3G one, without paying the conversion fee, and also get their first month's rental waived. Video calls made during this month, until 30th of October, will be charged at the rate of ordinary voice calls, for new as well as existing Mubashir subscribers.
