The Arabic search engine which can fully grasp the unique characteristics of the Arabic language; the successful scanning of any document which has the capability to recognize text and convert numbers & letters into editable text; and instant translation capabilities between languages to meet the demands of the globalization era.
This statement was made at the 3rd Conference on Documentation & Electronic Archiving which commenced yesterday at the Dubai World Trade Centre where Sakhr and Layout ME are joint participants at the technology exhibition held on the sidelines of the conference.
Sakhr is showcasing its award winning ArabDox, the trilingual (Arabic, English, French) Document Management System developed by Sakhr which offers enterprises an integrated solution to manage increasing amounts of non-structured information in documents.
Layout ME is displaying the latest in scanning technology, the AGFA Microform document scanner which operates at high speeds reaching 160 pages per minute thus increasing productivity levels capable of highly detailed scanning operations which result in greatly increased optical recognition (OCR) of the Arabic characters.
'This conference is a good opportunity for us to get our visitors better acquainted with ArabDox, the first Arabic program acknowledged by the international giant Intel for document management.
