- United Arab Emirates: Thursday, September 22 - 2005 at 09:33
- PRESS RELEASE
The Al Ain Showroom started way back in 1992. It was then a small showroom with all three brands under-one-roof. Today it is a bigger, better showroom. It has enhanced looks, smart space management, more staff, convenient duty hours & dedicated areas for the brands.
The relationship has been rewarding for both parties. Ali & Sons has been ranked among the top ten importers of Audi & Volkswagen cars and was selected as a member of The exclusive 100 Club of Volkswagen and Audi. The benefits of the relationship are always passed on to our customers. Now it is the turn of the people of Al Ain to enjoy the comfort and thrill of great German cars with peace of mind from Ali & Sons.
Ali & Sons Motors Division backs these world-class brands through large investments in staff-training, equipment, spare parts and sophisticated service centers, thus ensuring comprehensive customer care and personalized after-sales support to its customers.
Over the years, the company has earned a reputation for reliability and prompt after sales service. To further enhance the efficiency of this department, the company employs specialists to keep the staff abreast of the latest technology developments in the industry. The new Al Ain service center is state of the art. The company has technology to link up the local workshops with the plant in Germany, for online assistance during maintenance and repairs.
"Audi has focused on three core elements: technology, safety, and quality. For almost two decades, Audi cars have been redefining technological excellence with Ali & Sons. In order to keep up with growing demand, Ali & Sons Motor Division has opened two Audi showrooms, one in Abu Dhabi and the other in Al Ain. The new showrooms follow strict CI guidelines and allow serious customers to get up close to their favorite Audi machines," said Salim Syed, Head of Marketing, Ali & Sons.
"Volkswagen with its advanced technology, economy, contemporary styling and reassuring safety, together with excellent support from Ali & Sons Motors Division have been driving Volkswagen towards the top of the sales ladder," said Salah Al Mutawa, Brand Manager, Audi.
