Buzz Call centre brings VOIP cross-utilizing technology to GITEX Dubai 2005

It will run a live demonstration of its seamless Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology that allows the cross-utilization of technological infrastructure to reduce idle time and pass on cost savings to clients.

At Gitex, Buzz Contact Centre Solutions will look to showcase its array of call centre and transaction processing services by having a "live" call contact centre agent seated at a fully-functional workstation at its stand to service clients' telephone calls through a remote station in the exhibition.
