Acer announces enticing offers at Computer Shopper

At the event, Acer will provide buyers with unique "bundling offers," where popular products, accessories and one-off extras are sold together at attractive prices. The offers will be available through Acer's officially authorized resellers exhibiting at the event - Achiever Computers, Cellucom, Compume, Jacky's Electronics, Jumbo Electronics and Plug-Ins.

Products available at the Shopper section of GITEX include the new Acer Ferrari 4000 notebook, a high-power, high-tech, high-performance model which does more than live up to its name. Acer, the official technology supplier to Scuderia Ferrari, the famous Formula One motor racing team, will reward purchasers of the ultra-light, carbon fibre-encased Ferrari 4000 with some special Ferrari branded accessories, such as a wireless mouse, a Ferrari carry case and more.

Sleek digital cameras with high-value extras

Also available will be Acer's range of sleek digital cameras; the 5 mega pixel CR-5130 model comes ready for action, with an Epson PictureMate printer, and the top of the range 8 mega pixel CR-8530 model, which takes professional standard camera in a compact design, comes with a 64 MB SD card,

Acers sets forth roadmap with n35 PDA

Finally, for the busy professional, Acer will be offering a tempting solution for those who spend a lot of time on the road. The Acer n35 Enhanced Navigator model - a slim and compact PDA with an integrated GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite navigation system, will be sold with mapping software for the UAE.

Coupled with a car charger and car holder, the n35 PDA allows users to locate their nearest cinema, bank or retail outlet while also keeping up-to-date with business appointments at the touch of a button. Perfect for the executive on-the-move, the n35 also comes with built-in multimedia and PIM (Personal Information Management) functions.
