Six Senses Spa at Madinat Jumeirah, The Arabian Resort - Dubai, was awarded the accolade of 'Top Spa in the Middle East', at the recent Spa Finder Magazine Readers' Choice Awards 2005.
Serge Zaalof, General Manager of Madinat Jumeirah, congratulated the Six Senses Spa team at Madinat Jumeirah on this achievement: "We are proud that after only one year of operation, Madinat Jumeirah has been presented with this prestigious award. The Six Senses Spa at Madinat Jumeirah was designed to create an open and spacious environment. The outdoor surroundings are used for Asian style treatments and indoor spa rooms for specialised and signature therapies. All guests participate in a health assessment prior to their first treatment and private consultations are encouraged to ensure that needs are identified and results are maximised.
Offering one of the largest facilities in the area, the Six Senses Spa comprises 26 stand-alone individual and twin treatment studios and provides the latest in Asian and European wellness therapies. Guests can choose from traditional Arabic treatments, such as Planet Earth facials and Velvet Nights body treatments using the exclusive Shiffa product range formulated especially for Six Senses Spa guests to the Middle East. In addition to Six Senses' signature treatments, the spa menu will feature alternative therapies including Energy Magnet massages and Crystal and Colour therapy treatments. Those who choose other beauty treatments will experience all the natural benefits of the Australian skin care brand, Sodashi, which became the signature skin care range exclusive to the group in 2002. All products in the range are made with 100% natural ingredients including plant essences and extracts, such as bergamot, lime, cardamom and ginger, each selected for their nourishing, cleansing and rejuvenating properties.
