Sternon inks pact with Sambhav Royal Developer

The Sternon Group, UAE and Sambhav Royal Developer, India have teamed up under the banner of Siddhivinayak Group to promote their latest project, 'Emirates Hills' in Pune.
The project, conveniently located near the Mumbai-Pune Express Highway and National Highway, will offer a host of facilities including a multi-cuisine restaurant, club house with health club, swimming pool, table tennis, card room, pool tables and jogging track.
Emirates Hills will also have landscaped private and public gardens, besides 100 per cent power back up. Customers can choose from bungalows, row houses, or plots to build their dream houses on. All structures will be built in conformity with the principles of vaastu shastra (an ancient Indian science of architecture and buildings).
Meanwhile, Sternon is also promoting an exclusive apartment project in Dubai International City, scheduled to be completed by 2007.
