GTS to showcase Oracle solutions at region's premier IT event

Global Technology Services (GTS), the IT subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), today announced its participation at Gitex 2005.

The leading IT solutions provider is set to showcase Oracle's range of value-added services and products for customers in the Middle East at the region's premier IT industry event.

Hussain Sultan, ENOC Group Chief Executive and Board member, said: "As an Oracle Advantage Partner, Gitex gives us the opportunity to emphasise our strengths in Oracle ERP application, solutions and support, and training for prospective clients across the Middle East."

GTS recently gained certification in the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM) Level 4, one of the highest accreditations for software quality assurance in the region.

"Our presence at the region's premier IT industry event will enable us to network with government decision makers and executives from the energy, retail, manufacturing, banking and finance sectors," Sultan added.

On display at GTS's stand will be solutions for the Banking Industry, Property Management, Maintenance Management, Automotive Dealership, e-Government, Fleet Management and Retail Applications. In addition, a seminar entitled Integrated Property Management Solutions Distribution Management and Planning will be organised during the event with keynote speakers.

GTS is one of the region's leading Oracle implementation Certified Advantage Partners. Demonstrating its industry expertise and best business practices, GTS was recently awarded the prestigious Oracle PartnerNetwork Award for Outstanding Performance for the second successive year.
