This year ILS is set to unveil a unique career track that is built in a true real life context.
Cyber Agents report and facilitate all information technology service troubles and outages for the services offered by their employers. They are called in for critical mal-functions and repairs to any Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Call Centers Operations. Moustafa Kadous, CEO at ILS explains that Cyber Agents must know and practice all the problem solving techniques efficiently, as well as have experience in working in a support role. Furthermore, they must have a combination of soft and technical Skills so as to be well rounded professionals who are up to the task.
Becoming a Cyber Agent is the perfect opportunity for Help Desk Agents, Analysts, IT Customer Support Specialists, and Call Center Specialists to get into a comprehensive career track. As a Cyber Agent, individuals will be faced with challenges and new experiences on a daily basis, which makes the job an enjoyable and rewarding one.
In only 25 days of intensive training, individuals will be taught the necessary skills enabling them to be active potential employee. "During the track learning will have a lot of assignment to ensure understanding while at the end and as a part from the team skills, all participants will do projects to ensure the hands-on and practical experience that every employer looking for," says Kadous. Courses will range from problem solving, time management skills, typing tutor, report writing skills to technical courses covering implementing network infrastructure host, system management server, trouble shooting Wi-Fi networks and more. Meaning that from the first day of training, individuals will be active potential.
"The proof of concept and validation of knowledge is our differentiator among other companies. We believe that "students learn by doing is the best way to have a practical knowledge and vast experience," added Kadous.
