Almasa IT Distribution announce the winners of the Hitachi Awards for 2005

The award ceremony which takes place annually is organised by Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (Hitachi GST) and Almasa IT Distribution for the Middle East resellers.

Hitachi GST is a leading hard disk drive supplier, with a broad product line that ranges from the popular one-inch Microdrive digital media to 3.5-inch Ultrastar drives for enterprise applications.

This year awards for Recognition for Outstanding Achievement 2005 were handed out to four dynamic and ambitious resellers that had shown the largest growth over the last twelve months. Hitachi GST and Almasa together bestowed the prestigious crystal awards to; Digital Age from Egypt, Epita from Algeria, Advanced Personal Computer from Bahrain and New Almirah from Kuwait.

Several Hitachi GST executives participated in the lunch time award ceremony to meet the winners and demonstrate support to the channel.
