Seminar on setting up call centres takes place in Taj Dubai

Top technical management executives from India will conduct a seminar on setting up Call Centres which will take place at the Taj Palace Hotel Dubai on June 26 and 27th at the Al Khaimah Ballroom.
Industrial and Technical Consultancy organization of Tamil Nadu Ltd (Itcot), the organizer, will offer assistance to all interested entrepreneurs and companies who may like to set up their own call centers in the UAE. Some top India financial institutions like ICICI, IDBI, IFCI and other leading banks have promoted this seminar.
The two-day conference is aimed at promoting the cause of entrepreneurship and creation of well-planned capacities in call center business. "With UAE having one of the most fastest growing Internet subscribers, it has the potential to set up more call centers. With adequate and high technology telecommunication facilities, telecom consultants and quick accessed internet and online information support greatly accessible, the call center business will become one of the most important strategies for entrepreneurs and from the corporate world," adds V. Shridharan, principal vice-president of Itcot.
Shridharan said, "The seminar will cover methodology for setting up a project existing market potential, technology solutions, project formulation for viable capacity and cost of project and means of financing and profitability, HS aspects and quality standards".
