'We are pleased to partner with Omanexpo by sponsoring this annual festival, which is a great way for families to celebrate and shop during the Eid holidays,' said Haitham bin Abdullah Al-Kharusi, Head of Corporate Affairs at Nawras.
Al-Kharusi pointed out that the Nawras customer base is presently growing at an outstandingly fast rate and outperforming their own expectations. 'This clearly shows that the Omani population is attracted by our great offers and customer-friendly approach,' he explained. 'Our dedication to offer our customers Best Service, Best Quality and Best Value is appreciated by the Omani population. The Eid Festival will enable us to highlight our current and new offers to all shoppers at the festival.'
Now on its 20th year, the Eid Festival this year will be held on November 4-12 at the Oman International Exhibition Centre in Seeb. The nine-day event will offer great shopping with the display of a wide selection of products from hundreds of exhibitors. In addition, the festival will also feature a variety of entertainment programs and other fun-filled activities for the whole family.
'Going to the exhibition centre for the Eid Festival has practically become a tradition for many families as a way to enjoy the Eid season,' said C.J. Paul, general manager of Omanexpo, the leading exhibition organising and event management company in the sultanate.
Paul revealed that unbelievable bargains await all visitors to the Eid Festival, which is expected to be much bigger this year with the confirmed participation of many exhibitors from other parts of the world. He added that technology buffs will also have a special place at the festival with Nawras serving as the major sponsor.
Since its entry into Oman's mobile market in March this year, Nawras has attracted the attention of mobile phone users with its great offers and excellent customer service. Its customer base had already reached over 160,000 in less than 6 months of operations, and the company continues to come up with timely and relevant services. In time for the Holy Month of Ramadan, for instance, Nawras has recently introduced a charity donation service through SMS.
Nawras to sponsor the Eid Festival
Nawras, the most customer-friendly mobile operator in the sultanate, will showcase its exciting range of products and services to thousands of visitors as the major sponsor of the Eid Festival this November.
