Al-Futtaim Technologies awarded contract with Abu Dhabi Investment Authority

The multi-million dirham contract was recently awarded to Al-Futtaim Technologies against stiff competition with leading vendors involving several rounds of presentations and technical discussions.

Al-Futtaim Technologies has been asked to design, supply, install, commission and maintain the system which will cater to nearly 3000 users, supporting both IP Telephony and traditional digital communication on the same platform, using advanced applications such as unified messaging and PC soft phones.

Al-Futtaim Technologies provides complete solutions in information, communications and related technologies including VOIP telephony, contact centre and enterprise software solutions.

Recent expansion has seen Al-Futtaim Technologies establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Pakistan operating as Al-Futtaim Technologies Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., focused on providing Alcatel-based enterprise-wide voice and data solutions. The move followed an agreement with Alcatel under the Alcatel Business Partners Programme to offer Alcatel's IP (Internet Protocol) communications solutions combined with advanced communications and applications, including unified communications and multimedia contract centres to enterprise customers in Pakistan.
