DFSA, ACCA deal

Dubai Financial Services Authority has signed a deal with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants to monitor the conduct of auditors in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Authorised firms in DIFC are required to adopt International Financial Reporting Standards, with Islamic firms applying the standards of the Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Financial Institutions.
